History of Elgato Brand
Elgato was founded in the year 1999 and Corsair Gaming Inc. bought the brand in the year 2018. It is now based in both California and Germany and now distributes its brand to over seventy-five countries across the world.
The Elgato brand was originally known as Elgato systems. It was used to refer to both the thunderbolt devices and the company gaming devices. It was also formerly known as the Elgato gaming. It was on June 28, 2018, that Corsair acquired the Elgato brand from the Elgato systems.
Why are the products from Elgato very special?
Elgato introduced the first-ever Thunderbolt docking station in June 2014.
